These cookies are sooooo good..and super easy to make!
Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, & Toffe Cookies
1 stick butter Crisco
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
3 cups oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup toffee bits
Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, beat crisco and sugars on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Add oats, chocolate chips, and toffee bits; mix well.
(These are my new favorite cookie baking pans! They're muffin top baking pans, and I love them for baking cookies. Your cookies come out all the same size, and perfectly round.)
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool for a couple minutes on cookie sheets; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered.
One of my official taste testers assures me that these cookies are super yummy! ;)
Using the heaping tablespoons, I got 33 x-large cookies from one batch of dough.

Mmm mmm!! Love those baking pans...I've never seen them before.... they sure make BIG cookies! Your li'l taste testers looks like one happy boy.
